Hong is one of the best people and mechanics I have ever worked with. He is honest, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. I went in with my heating broken, he quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with my options (it was an expensive fix in which he actually advised me to take a look at used cars instead of just fixing). In addition to the free diagnosis, he did a full checkup on my car, including drive test to see if the car was worth the fix.
Drove in for a check engine light. Was diagnosed for free and given the option to get it fixed here or elsewhere. The guy sounded honest and I returned a week later for the work. It was done at a minimal cost and in a jiffy. Made me a regular customer for themselves. I found Mr. Hung to be exceptional at what he does, honest with what needs done with the car he's working on and to the point.
Took my 2011 Civic in for a steering pump hose repair and to get new pads and rotors and the service was amazing. Cuong showed me the issue with the hose and did high-quality repair work and the price has to be the best in the area. Service was very quick and very friendly. I just found my new lifetime mechanic, and you know how hard it is to find an honest well-experienced mechanic.
